The president of the Employers’ Confederation of the Mexican Republic (Coparmex) in San Luis Potosí, Julio César Galindo Pérez, was attacked with bullets in the capital of the entity, according to information from the Attorney General’s Office of that state.
Preliminary information from the San Luis Potosí Prosecutor’s Office indicates that the businessman and leader of Coparmex in the entity died as a result of three bullets, in a direct attack.
The State Attorney General’s Office reported that it has already begun investigations into the assault with firearm shots suffered by the president of Coparmex.
In addition, he explained that “it was around two in the afternoon, on Monday, March 1, 2021, that it was reported to the emergency systems that a person had been injured on Potosí Avenue, in the Lomas neighborhood, to the west of the city. capital city”.
On board a private car, the businessman was transferred to a private hospital where he was admitted in an extremely serious and unconscious condition, however, doctors were unable to save his life.
