The Institute for Land Regularization and Social Housing (Inrevis) and the National Chamber of the Housing Development and Promotion Industry (Canadevi) strengthened their coordination to promote housing projects and advance land tenure regularization in San Luis Potosí.
During the inauguration of the 43rd Housing Fair, Inrevis Director Julio César Patiño Morales emphasized the importance of combining efforts among authorities, developers, and the community to expand access to housing with legal certainty.
The official noted that one of the main objectives is to expedite the land regularization process and facilitate more families in building their assets.
He added that the collaboration with the real estate sector also aims to promote orderly urban growth and address the existing housing shortage in various regions of the state.
The state administration indicated that it will continue working with business organizations to expand housing options and strengthen urban development.
